  • Occupational Therapy

    Trains individuals in self-care skills (training in the use of adaptive equipment, compensatory techniques, and environmental modifications) and behavioral and mental health issues. Sets up goal for Residents plan of care. Supervises COTA when assigned. 

  • Physical Therapy

    In a SNF focuses on maintaining, promoting, or restoring lost physical function following a serious injury or illness. Sets up goals for Residents plan of care. Supervises PTA when assigned.

  • Speech Therapy

    Assesses and treats Residents with a wide variety of deficits including, but not limited to, dysphagia, cognition, speech and/or communication difficulties. Sets up goals for Residents plan of care. 

  • COTA

    Trains individuals in self-care skills (training in the use of adaptive equipment, compensatory techniques, and environmental modifications) and behavioral and mental health issues. Follows the plan of care set up by the Occupational Therapist to assist Resident to meet their goals. 

  • PTA

    Focuses on maintaining, promoting, or restoring lost physical function following a serious injury or illness. Follows the plan of care set up by the Physical Therapist to assist Resident to meet their goals.

  • Administrator

    Responsible for directing the overall operations of the facility’s activities in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and facility established policies and procedures by the governing body to ensure quality care is provided at all times. Supports the Mission, Vision, Commitment and Focus of the facility.  Must possess a Licensed Nursing Home Administrators licensure. 

  • Registered Nurse

    Must possess encumbered Registered Nurse Licensure either for Missouri or Multi State.  Responsible for day-to-day care of Residents. Following Physician orders and implement, document any issues or concerns. Complete assessments as directed. Oversee and direct staff providing direct and non-direct care. 

  • Licensed Practical Nurse

    Must possess encumbered Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure either for Missouri or Multi State.  Responsible for day-to-day care of Residents. Following Physician orders and implement, document any issues or concerns. Complete assessments as directed. Oversee and direct staff providing direct and non-direct care.

  • Certified Nurse’s Assistant

    Must possess Missouri Certified Nurse’s Assistant Certification through TMU. Responsible for providing day-to-day cares of Activities of Daily Living. Alert Charge Nurse of any refusals of care or concerns.



  • Certified Medication Technicians

    Must possess Missouri Certified Medication Technician Certification through TMU. Responsible for passing and assisting residents with medication distribution as prescribed by the physician. Alert Charge Nurse of any refusals or concerns. 

  • Transporter

    Responsible for transporting current and potential Residents to and from the facility.  Must possess a Missouri Class E licensure in good standing with a clean driving record according to the Missouri Highway Patrol. Must obtain CPR certification within 30 days of employment.  

  • Business Office Manager/Human Resource Director

    As the BOM: Responsible for all Facility billing, account receivable, and collection activities. Responsible for achieving cash collections and AR goals for the Facility. Ensures compliance with all financial regulatory and other requirements. 


    As the HR:  Responsible for performing Hiring and Discharge procedures, Payroll functions, Attendance, Interviews, Corrective Actions, Job Fairs, Orientation, scheduling Month In-Service Training, Annual Performance Evaluation in accordance with federal, state, local standards, guidelines, regulations and facility established policies and procedures to ensure quality assistance to current and potential staff.
